So, I have been listening to Christopher James quite a bit to get some understanding of Common Law. As a rule, everyone’s ( or most people that is) “Birth Certificates” start with their last name being capitalized, followed by standard case for first and middle names, and a red numbered code on the back ( Cusip # ) that in reality, identifies you as an asset (or property ) of the Corporation of Canada.
However, my Birth Certificate has no such capitalization and my name is spelled in standard case as you would normally call it out ( first, middle, last ).
Mind you, the red CUSIP# is still on the back of it.
So, can the Corporation of Canada still lay claim to me as I am not properly “Corporatized”?
That Cusip# should be rendered unlawful?

no matter what you try to do in this system with your birth certificate, common law, you will not win
as they will not allow you anywhere and you will have no access to any monetary means
this is why christopher james is not telling you all the truth yes we need to stop the corporation but common law will not do that for you
now if you changed the system and the courts then yes you would win but they created common law so they manipulate you into thinking you will win
when in fact you do not

Good day. i have been researching the issue of a Constitution-less Canada for at least over 5 years as i became aware of several documents such as Walter Kuhl’s CANADA WITHOUT A CONSTITUTION and R. Rogers Smith’s HO CANADA, both of which may be found at http://www.redpillawakening.com. I am enormously pleased to learn of the efforts above to create a Sovereign Country to be called something other than “British” Columbia, which could or not be part of a wider union with the other Sovereign Countries of the geographic area known as CANADA. You must remember that the B.N.A. 1867 was JUST AN ORDINARY ENACTMENT, of which i have a certified copy of Queen Victoria’s Royal Assent. In 1893 by way of the British Statute Revisions Act, that ENACTMENT became void and of no force and effect by the rules of the creation of statutes (see Halsbury’s Laws of England and Craie on Statutes when the enacting clause was removed/repealed. Once Queen Victoria died in 1901, the succession rule previously in force in the B.N.A. 1867 ceased, therefore, no British Monarch had any jurisdiction or authority in CANADA. The governance of CANADA has been a fraud ever since. the 1931 Statute of Westminster was only the icing on the cake. Furthermore, the CANADA ACT 1982 only allowed the governments of CANADA the authority to amend the B.N.A. 1867 BUT THEY NEVER RE-INTRODUCED THE FIRST 2 PARAGRAPHS OF THE ACT!
