Life, Liberty, Prosperity, and land is the true nation to nation relationship.
All nations have the resources to direct and create a sovereign currency.
Sovereignty allows communities to shape their social and economic well-being.
Sovereign Nations develop and enforce their own Natural laws. Sovereign Nations
direct their own affairs and for the most part, the Indian Act no
longer applies to them or to titled land.

The Indigenous peoples of this land, known as Turtle Island, have maintained their sovereignty and connection to the land since time immemorial. Constitutional Conventions recognizes that any true constitutional reform in Canada must include meaningful nation-to-nation dialogue with Indigenous peoples.

The Indian Act, a colonial instrument, has long been used to control and limit the rights of Indigenous nations. As Canadians work together to create a new constitutional framework, we acknowledge the need to move beyond this system toward genuine self-determination.

Sovereign Nations direct their own affairs — including education, justice, health, and resource management — in accordance with their own laws and traditions. The path forward is one of cooperation, respect, and mutual recognition of rights and responsibilities.
