What i want to know is does retail have the right to refuse us entering there establishments

if the store is privately owned or a corporation they have the right to stop you from entering
that is their right its private property

That is not correct, they are place of public accommodation bound by provincial and federal laws, They can only deny entry if you have violated store policies regarding theft vandalism etc…
natural sovereign law with a republic constitution is the only solution
