If we are going to be a common law nation we don’t really need a constitution , The Quebec Constitution is in french gibberish and why is it not also in English. Quebec is a Civil Law Nation and is not compatible with common law and should not be mixed with common law or corrupting common law. The original king james bible could also be a common law constitution.

no we are not using common law it is contracted to admiralty law of today
we are using the original law natural sovereign law with our republic constitution

You mention common law is contracted to admiralty law which is not entirely correct. Sure they use common law in their kangaroo kourts, but Common Law in OUR courtrooms is much different and it is true justice with NO judges or lawyers present!! The ONLY way we EVER get justice and abolish the BAR and governments is this method!! Anything else is a distraction as the real men and women don’t require to be ruled by anyone.

Common law= good for commonwealth, not for the common man. This is slave law, and keeps you as such
I welcome the end of corrupt Government BUT every new “democracy” will eventually fail if it doesn’t have a built in pruning mechanism that prevents government’s natural growth as one administration adds laws to all the rest before it. There must be a way of reducing and limiting the size of Government and it must be untouchable. The second failure inherent in all Demockracies is the fact that the rulers rule on rulers – which leads to the two tiered justice system whereby Government officials aren’t properly punished for their corruption. Public corruption needs to be punished at least 5 times more severe than the same private crime, lead to immediate ejection from the position, a life-time ban on public service, and possibly the loss of all benefits and pensions too.

you are right that is why we are not going with democracy its a false idea and always leads to Oligarky rule
we are all about the constitution and if you read it which is parts 1-8 only the articles are about infrastructure and guidelines to living
we are also all about natural sovereign law which is the respect to all living systems no harm , no fraud, no loss
in our constitution we are all about the sovereigns
the sovereigns have all the authority
there are no politicians, no elections, no parties
we hire administrators and we fire administrators all the say is in the sovereigns
the constitution is written this way and can never be amended unless 100& of the sovereigns vote to ever change it

Your proposed Alberta Constitution does not seem in any way less socialist than the system our current constitution has fostered. You seem to miss the point. Our problem is not just corrupt centralization, it is excessive centralization. It is not that government has overstepped its boundaries, it is that they were allowed such authority in the first place. Freedom requires decisions to be made at a local level. The way to do this is to have a government with strictly limited responsibilities. People need to learn that the ups and downs of life are not the government’s responsibility. A good constitution should not try to address every problem, it should outline the scope of responsibility of the levels of government.

you really need to educate yourself on the new system there is more to it than you think
we hire administrators and hold them all accountable for their actions and words as well as the media
the sovereigns make all the decisions so how is this socialist when we make all the decisions
there is not head its gone we all decide by making an x in the box and i will not use the word ballot you will right away think elections
and we do this at a hiring station run by a sovereign committee who make it all transparent to the sovereigns everything is transparent to us all
